Info
At 16 years of age, B-Boy Toshiki is perhaps the youngest participant. But don’t judge him by his age alone, because this little guy can move! He has been dancing since he was 8, and right now, he’s putting all his energy into practicing and competitions. Kazuhiro from King Ark is his hero and inspiration.
Why did you want to start dancing yourself? When did you start?
I started when I was eight years old. I was going to a dance school and the instructor was breaking. The rhythm, the moves, and style inspired me.
What are the goals you want to reach in life?
I want to join as many competitions as I can, international ones as well. This lets me see more and improves my skills.
Do you plan to make a living on dancing or do you have other plans as well?
I am only thinking about dancing. We’ll see where it takes me!
What does your family think about breaking? Did they support you from the start?
Families are really supportive in Japan.
