A well-known power mover, B-Boy Tomokazu has had a long and illustrious career that gave him the much time to learn. And it shows - he is always right on the beat! His moves are steady and confident and we know the younger dancers look up to him. It will be interesting to see how the battles turn out, the old guard versus the new!

How would you describe your style?
Try to be free and express myself.

Why did you want to start dancing yourself? When did you start?
I was introduced through a friend and started dancing right after high school.

Who inspired you?
Storm, Ivan, Ken Swift

What are the goals you want to reach in life?
I just want to have the chance to continue what I love doing.

Do you practice any other dance forms?
I want to expand, but at the moment I have nothing in particular on my mind.

How is the scene in your hometown or in your country in general?
Japan has a unique scene but it is very hard to explain it to outsiders.

What do you expect of the Red Bull BC One? As an older dancer, I am 32, I guess that I will need to give everything I have, plus some more!!!
