Marta Arenas Utiel aka SISSI BOOGIE is a sixteen year old B-Girl from Barcelona. Even though she has only been dancing for one year, she already is a well-rounded breaker with a personal style and a lot of attitude.

She first got interested in breaking through B-Boy friends and she wanted to give it a try. She playfully tried out some moves and breaking came so easily and naturally to her that she continued and made progress very quickly.

SISSI BOOGIE is nervous before a battle, but when the competition starts, she turns into a cold-blooded battle cat. Battle is war! She is more nervous about going on the plane to Brazil, than about the battle itself.

Her family is very proud that at her young age she is already travelling and competing in foreign countries, especially now that she won the We B*Girlz Battle at the International Battle of the Year in Germany.

SISSI BOOGIE is studying photography and one of her big inspirations is Martha Cooper. Among the B-Girls, next to MOVIE ONE, BETA and JeSKILLZ are her inspirations as they have their very own different and unique styles.

SISSI BOOGIE remembers when she started breaking, the boys were laughing that she wanted to learn. Now, one year later, she and MOVIE ONE have won the Spanish preliminations for the We BGirlz battle at BOTY Iberica; and the finals at the first ever We BGirlz battle at the International Battle of the Year in Germany. In November 2006 they danced at the Red Bull BC ONE. That should stop everybody from laughing!
