Atsuki

Armed with a positive attitude and strong combos, B-Boy Atsuki brings big power moves to the Japan Qualifier. A relative newcomer to the scene, he still caught the judges’ attention with his originality and style. You can bet he will come to the event to fight!

How would you describe your style?
I try to be as original as possible. My style involves a lot of spins.

What are your signature moves?
I do a lot of power moves.

Why did you want to start dancing yourself? When did you start?
I started in middle school. My big brother got me into it.

What are the goals you want to reach in life?
I want to look back and be satisfied, knowing I lived an extraordinary life!

How is the scene in your hometown or in your country in general?
Of course there are many talented B-Boys but I’m afraid there aren’t many who really hold it down for themselves. We need more originality and confidence.

What do you expect of the Red Bull BC One? I’m excited and actually I can’t believe I was selected. But for me, now there is no turning back!
