Hailed by all as soon–to–be–legendary with a style complete with toprocks, footwork, and blazing power, Iron Monkey is one of the top B-Boys from the USA. A veteran B-Boy of over 10 years, he has won or placed high in countless international battles including B-Boy Masters Pro–Am and Red Bull Lords of the Floor. He took part in Red Bull BC One in 2004, and in 2006 was accepted into the Red Bull Beat Riders which brought the world’s top dancers together for a week of intense training. Originally from Alabama, Iron Monkey, aka Shawn Hallman, is a member of the Renegades Crew, and resides in San Francisco, California. When he is not in the circle, he spends his time bringing his skills as a B-Boy and performer to other audiences through teaching dance and acrobatics to youth and performing in local productions, including the Crucible's 2007 "Romeo and Juliet Fire Ballet," in which he received rave reviews for his role as Mercutio.
