Javier P. Lopez aka Flexum was born in Santa Rosa CA. He was 14 when he was first introduced to Breaking. He grew up with other B-Boys such as Vietnam, Remind, Crumbs, Mik-E-Ice, Eric, JimmyHits, and Roxrite. With dancers like these in his everyday life, Flexum became very motivated to become the best at this art form.

When high school came to an end, Flexum found himself moving to the state of Utah, where breaking was no longer the main priority. However, after a short hiatus, dancing re-emerged as his way of life, much to the chagrin of his Grandfather. He told him that spinning on his head wasn't going to pay for the bills! Flexum found himself at the crossroads of life choices: should he take a great job with his Grandfather or pursue an unseen future with dance? Thankfully, all of his family and friends encouraged him to do the one thing that will make him happy...BREAK!!

Three years back into the scene now, Flexum is on fire! He had the honor of being a part of the Renegades Crew, started his own crew of young newcomers 5150, and recently settled in with his crew Knuckledheads Cali. Together they have accomplished a great deal, from expanding the crew with new members, to placing in every event they enter. Today, Flexum is in top shape and constantly on the move. For Flexum, breaking is life.
