lol i love both these bboys, they are my faves but hmmmn.......honestly i think neguin would win, both guys are fuckin awesome! crazy inventors and have really good character, but neguin is not a human, i took a class by him and he has the sickest combos and NEVER gets tired. might not look special on youtube but when you see him in real life its like the music comes out of him, i haven't seen wing in person but i would say neguin probably is the best and btw france is overrated
