All 16 B-Boys boarded a bus for a drive across-town, past Chinatown and across the Manhattan Bridge, for a spectacular view of Lower Manhattan. This used to be the spot from where people could take pictures of the Twin Towers. Ray Demski quickly and expertly gathered the B-Boys for a classic Red Bull BC One group shot - using Verena and Matt as human light stands.

After a long day with lots of Hip Hop history, interviews, photo and video shoots, the B-Boys need some peace and quiet, so decided not to go out tonight. Tomorrow will be another long and exhausting day where the media from all over the world will want to get a piece of the modern day heroes!
Today at noon we left with the B-Boys and judges on a big tour bus for a trip down history lane. With Hush Tours, the original Hip Hop tour, we took a ride into the heart of “The Boogie Down Bronx” where Hip Hop was born. You can never go wrong with Hush Hip Hop Tours! These cats started nine years ago and their tour guides are Hip Hop legends like Grandmaster Caz (Cold Crush Brothers), Kurtis Blow, Rahiem (Furious Five) and Reggie Reg (Crash Crew). We strongly suggest you go on a tour with them the next time you're in New York!
It’s a beautiful morning in NYC, the birthplace of hip hop. First thing in the morning a group of B-Boyz walked to the Fox TV Studios to appear on the Good Day New York Show. This was the first of many press appearances they will be part of in the next few days as NY is a media town.
While they were on TV, we walked around the corner from the hotel to the Manhattan Center Studios to check out its Hammerstein Ballroom where the B-Boyz will battle. This seriously old skool venue was built in 1906. Its lovely, original, handpainted ceiling has been completely restored and will provide an elegant view to B-Boys as they face upward while doing their rounds.
Now we're headed out with all 16 B-Boyz for a hip hop tour hosted by Grandmaster Caz. More coming soon... Peace
