I know, you will be teasing me now because we postponed it before! :) But we had a meeting this week and discussed some additional features that we thought would be great for you guys, so we decided to wait just a little bit longer--it'll be worth it!!!

Our tech and design guys put a lot of thought and work into the new page and I know you’ll love it!

The whole thing will be more like a social media platform for B-Boys in the future:
- Extended profiles
- Direct connection to Facebook
- Interface with Youtube

Profiles
All your profiles will be transferred to the new website.

Videos
We’re really sorry, but the new system the website will be running on, won’t allow us to transfer your videos, but it will be way easier for you to integrate your videos into your profiles in the future, so that shouldn’t be a big deal. You will no longer have to upload your videos. Instead you will be able to link all your videos from Youtube and Vimeo to your profile.

Photos
The first 16 photos in your profile will be transferred to the new website. So to ensure your most important photos make it to the new page, move them to the front.

Sign-up
New users will be able to easily sign up by connecting their existing social network account with the Red Bull BC One Website. So you no longer have to remember your password and confirm your e-mail address to sign up. Existing users can also connect their social network profiles to their Red Bull BC One account for easier login.

Transfer Date for Profiles
The transfer of the profiles from the old website to the new platform will happen around January 20th. So any changes you make to your profile after this date, will not be visible in your profile on the new page.

Setting up New Profiles on old Website
Is not possible anymore from now on. If you want to set up a profile on our website, you can do so after the launch of the new page!

I can’t wait for the launch of the new website! I promise—it’s gonna be dope!

I did an interview with Roxrite in Moscow. He's an inspiration! Hope you enjoy it!

How does it feel to be the champion of the Red Bull BC One?
I am very happy! I am overwhelmed with joy! It seems surreal though. You fight for something really hard and when you get it, you’re like, ‘Did it really happen?’
The people I had to battle to win! It really wasn’t easy, so it seems shocking. But everything just felt right going into the battles. First I felt tired, but then, when I warmed up, when I started breaking a sweat, I felt so right!

This is your third time in the Red Bull BC One. How did the other times go for you?
The first time my goal was to get 3rd and I did. The second time I said, ‘I’m going to win’ and I lost.

Wow! That was a night to remember! All the battles were really exiting! Roxrite won with strategy and consistency! He came out first in every battle, without hesitation and just did his thing. He really wanted this title that was missing in his collection and he worked very hard for it.

Roxrite practiced like a maniac for this event. In the last week before the battle, he practiced like 80 battle rounds! In an event like the Red Bull BC One the judges have a really hard job. All the B-Boys are truly amazing and each and every one of them has a unique style. So to judge B-Boys with different styles, sometimes you can only deduct points for mistakes--repetition, unclean execution, not dancing on beat. Roxrite however will always be clean, on beat, and consistent! He's a dope battle cat and really earned the title!
