Nika Kramer aka Nawtee Neek is a photographer, writer,
Nika has been working for the Red Bull BC One since 2005. She is a photographer, writer, filmmaker, documentarian, Hip Hop activist, and event organizer.
She was text editor for the book Hip Hop Files and writer of We B*Girlz, a book about the B-Girl scene.
With We B*Girlz Productionz, she created the world championship for B-Girls, the We B*Girlz World Series.
Nika is the community manager for the Red Bull BC One, administrator of redbullbcone.com, the Red Bull BC One Facebook Fanpage and the Red Bull BC One Twitter account.
She is co-producer/director and first camera of the documentary short Redder than Red – The Story of B-Girl Bubbles.
Together with Martha Cooper she created We B*Girlz Productionz, with the idea to build a network for women in Hip Hop and support and document the scene.
Nika founded a non-profit organization called Urban Cultures For Equality with the aim to support Hip Hop projects worldwide.
